My recommendation is long overdue! I can’t thank Dr. Jacobson enough for helping me with a complex dental issue that other endodontists were unable to resolve. He has treated me multiple times, both recently and 10 years ago when I first came to his office, and I have always been incredibly impressed with his expertise and care. He also referred me to an exceptional oral surgeon and general dentist, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson. His expertise, experience, follow-through, and genuine care are truly hard to match. Thank you so much, Dr.Jacobson!

I am a first time patient of Dr Chubak and was referred to him by my dentist for a root canal for one of my pre-molars. Dr Chubak explained the process to me while working through it, every step of the way which was unique and very helpful in calming my nerves (first time root canal treatment) since I was aware of what was being done and why. He is very professional and highly skilled at what he does since the day after the pulpectomy and incision & draining of the abscess on the impacted tooth procedure was completed, I feel relatively low soreness than what I had expected. I highly recommend Dr. Chubak and his wonderful staff as well who tried to make the process as easy and efficient as it can be for a patient for any complicated endodontics procedures!

I was referred to JC Endodontics by a dentist that I saw for an emergency visit because I was having intense tooth pain. The dentist determined that I needed a root canal and spoke so highly of this practice. I reached out and was seen the same day by Dr. Jacobson. I was given a thorough understanding of the cost and what the root canal would entail. My initial root canal did not alleviate all the tooth pain and I returned to Dr. Jacobson who very patiently and willingly helped to figure out a next step. I had another root canal and was informed that if this did not work there were other steps that could be taken. Unfortunately, the pain did not end and I was scheduled to have an apicoectomy with Dr Chubak. This has been a really long and painful process for me but I always felt supported and taken care by the dentists at this practice. I truly am thankful that I was referred to this practice as they really worked with me to figure out what the issue was with my tooth. And I think the thing that stood out the most is they truly care about giving the best treatment possible and just care in general about their patients. I will recommend them to anyone I know and definitely return

I cannot possibly express the amount of praise and gratitude I have for Dr. Chubak and the entire team at JC Endodontics. They handled my urgent and delicate situation with an exceptional level of professionalism, compassion, gentleness, and kindness from beginning to end. Throughout the entire process, I felt thoroughly informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The clerical staff took the time to explain my insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs in detail, answering every question I had with patience and understanding. During my procedures, Dr. Chubak consistently explained each step of the process, talked me through what he was doing, and checked in frequently to ensure I was comfortable. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and compassionate approach made an incredibly stressful experience so much easier to navigate. The entire team exceeded every expectation I had. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Chubak himself. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I received and would recommend this practice without hesitation.

I needed a root canal done extremely last minute before an international trip, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. He went out of his way to accommodate my tight timeline and the financial aspects as well. The doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I was nervous, but his calm, friendly energy and sense of humor really helped, and I always felt safe in his care. He was thorough and attentive, making sure everything was done properly—including the temporary seal so I could travel comfortably. The dental assistants were also incredibly sweet and supportive, which made the experience even smoother and more reassuring. Overall, truly above and beyond care during a stressful situation. I would highly recommend him and his office without hesitation.
